Small donations needed to offset research expenses
Your financial help is needed for the miscellaneous expenses of research.  Here is a list of specific expenses your contribution would offset.
  • a $10 donation: international phone call to Kaltbrunn, Saint Gallen, Switzerland
  • a $20 donation: copies of primary source material and microfilm copies from libraries
  • a $20 donation: gas for driving to view drawings, to give talks about Brader, to view original farms
  •  a $35 donation:  one-month subscription to Ancestry.com for research of historical records
  •  a $35 donation:  one hour of research assistance at the Henry Janssen Library at the Berks History Center
  •  a $50 donation: a tank of gas for driving to view drawings, to give talks about Brader, to search for original farms in the drawings and to compare existing buildings
